RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At KHAAFIDH, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy:
- You may return your item within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged will not be accepted

Exchange Policy:
- You may exchange your item within 7 days of delivery
- Exchange is available for wrong size, wrong item, or damaged product
- The replacement will be shipped within 3-5 working days after we receive the returned item

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange
3. Our team will guide you through the process

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items

Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash
